At Kimpton Fitzroy London, we are looking for a Restaurant Supervisor to join us in Fitzs Brasserie within our luxury hotel in Central London. Located in the heart of Kimpton Fitzroy London, Fitzs Russell Sq. features three opulent spaces with unique personalities. Fitzs Brasserie serves classic British dishes elevated from modern palates, and Fitzs Bar & Parlour is a glamorous drinking den and all-day parlour. Here guests can dine on quintessentially British cuisine, sip finely crafted cocktails and savour a late-night tipple (or two). Local foodies and intrepid travellers alike gather to create memorable tales. Join us to help create a London experience like no other!

What You’ll Do

  • Take ownership of the guest journey, ensuring every visit is memorable
  • Lead by example on the floor, supporting and developing team members
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve issues with confidence and professionalism
  • Manage shift duties including cashing up, stock control, and VIP hosting
  • Ensure high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and compliance
  • Promote upselling, offers, and key business drivers
