We are looking for an authentic and driven Front Office Nights Team Member (Full-Time) to join us at Kimpton Clocktower Hotel! Kimpton Clocktower Hotel is a Manchester icon - a bold blend of grand Victorian architecture and playful, contemporary design. From buzzing social spaces to unforgettable dining and events, we create stays that feel vibrant, personal and anything but ordinary.
What do you need to be a Front Office Nights Team Member? Your main duties and responsibilities will include:
- Taking care of our guests throughout the night
- Responding to any queries or requests
- Ensuring late arrivals are met with a warm welcome
- Performing ad-hoc tasks throughout the night such as cleaning or preparing reports to ensure the safety of our guests and employees
This role is varied and you may be completing different tasks depending on the needs of the Hotel!
