We are looking for an authentic and driven Food and Beverage Team Leader (Full-Time) to join us at Refuge in Kimpton Clocktower Hotel! Kimpton Clocktower Hotel is a Manchester icon - a bold blend of grand Victorian architecture and playful, contemporary design. We create stays that feel vibrant, personal and anything but ordinary.
Your main duties and responsibilities will be supporting our F&B managers to ensure that the F&B department is running smoothly and that our guests are receiving 5* service throughout. You will support by dealing with any high-level service recoveries, training any of our new starts and managing your shift in the absence of an F&B manager.
We are looking for someone who has:
- Availability to work 40 hours per week across a variety of shifts, weekends and evenings required
- Experience working within a Restaurant, Bar or Hotel as a Supervisor, Team Leader or Assistant Manager
- Passion for providing excellent guest service, enjoying interaction with guests to ensure they have a uniquely personal experience
- Experience developing and coaching team members to ensure they perform at their best
- A personal license (highly beneficial, can be put through this if required)
- Willingness to learn new things and work as part of our wider Hotel team
- Drive to produce results, working together within the Kimpton family to deliver extremely personal experiences and genuine human connection
- A warm and authentic personality, with a can-do attitude and commitment to service
