We are looking for an authentic and driven Concierge (Full-Time) to join us at Kimpton Clocktower Hotel! Kimpton Clocktower Hotel is a Manchester icon - a bold blend of grand Victorian architecture and playful, contemporary design. We create stays that feel vibrant, personal and anything but ordinary.
Your main duties and responsibilities will include being the first point of contact for our guests and ensuring a uniquely personal experience for every guest. You will be providing recommendations within the city for dining, drinking and adventuring! You will deal with queries and guest requests ensuring all our guests leave with a smile on their face.
We are looking for someone who has availability to work a variety of shifts, 40 hours per week across 5 shifts including weekends.
