About the Position
The company is seeking a Project Manager to lead ground-up commercial & retail construction projects in the $20M plus range per project. This role is based in Birmingham, Alabama, and will manage projects from preconstruction through closeout. The Project Manager will be responsible for project documentation, budgeting, buyout, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and overall project delivery. While the role is office-based in Birmingham, occasional travel for site visits will be required. Requirements
- 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction
- Proven experience managing ground-up commercial & retail projects
