We're looking for a full-time Science Teacher — Kimichi School Worcester
We need someone who can teach science well.
But more than that, we need someone who is kind.
Our pupils are bright, curious young people, many of whom have found mainstream school a difficult place to be.
What changes things for them isn't a perfect scheme of work — it's an adult who is patient, consistent and genuinely interested in them.
So: qualified teacher status is welcome but not essential.
If you're a recent graduate with a science degree who hasn't found the right role yet, or someone thinking about moving into teaching, we'd like to hear from you.
We'll support you properly.
What we do ask for is empathy, curiosity, and the willingness to work restoratively — no detentions, no isolation, just relationships and high expectations.
