This role will be part of Kimberly-Clark\’s International Family Care and Professional (IFP) business—an organization rooted in purpose and innovation that has built a legacy with global impact. As Kimberly-Clark forms a strategic partnership with Suzano to create a world-class international tissue and professional products company, this role is proposed to transfer to the new venture once the transaction closes, anticipated in mid-2026, subject to consultation and other applicable legal requirements. Reports To: UK & Ireland Marketing Director, IFP
Role Accountabilities
- Talent Management
- Leads and manages a full-service, multi-disciplined marketing team for KCP UKI including Brand, Customer, Channel & Performance Marketing team members.
- Effectively manages performance and builds talent through best-in-class recruitment, development and retention.
- Marketing Leadership
- Responsible for delivering the P&L for the UKI Professional business.
- Develops & executes business plans (3-year SBP & 12-month ABP) in collaboration with the UKI Commercial and IFP Growth Teams.
- Decides strategic priorities for the UKI market, brand & category focus, required innovation/renovation pathway and commercial program execution.
- Leads Go-to-market optimization and Channel/Customer strategy development in conjunction with the country sales leaders.
- Manages the selection, ongoing relationship & annual performance management of all marketing agencies.
- Close partnership with Commercial Director, KCP to ensure integrated collaboration between Sales and Marketing teams.
- Standard Work
- Actively visits strategic customers and channel partners to capture insights and check and adjust marketing programs.
- Works with IFP Central Marketing & Commercial Excellence Teams to co-create, adopt and apply key business processes.
- Essential education & experience
- Bachelor Degree in a business-related discipline
- Extensive experience in marketing roles with a demonstrated track record of achievement and growth in leadership behaviour
- Proven team leadership with a strong focus on mentoring and coaching
- P&L management
- Diagnosing and resolving complex problems and translating to business opportunities
- Managing & successfully influencing complex stakeholder relationships
- Demonstrated personal credibility through strong communication skills, achieving results, and trusted relationships
- Experience in a B2B environment
