This role is part of Kimberly‑Clark’s Global Regulatory Affairs team enabling safe, compliant innovation across EM Europe. In this role you’ll own regulatory compliance for general (consumer) products and cosmetics across the EU/EEA, Switzerland, and the UK—driving GPSR implementation, cosmetics notifications and Technical Documentation, Product information Files, labeling and claims approvals.
Support obligations of the designated Responsible Person (EU/EEA), UK Responsible Person—ensure products meet regulations and as liaison to authorities. Lead EU/UK GPSR implementation activities for EM Europe—planning, gap assessment, documentation, training, governance. Ensure general product Technical Documentation and Cosmetics PIF readiness. Prepare and execute market notifications/registrations (CPNP, SCPN/OPSS); maintain internal trackers and archives. Review and approve labels and claims; provide regulatory sign‑off in the artwork process. Roll out distributor/importer obligations; support agreement developments. Provide regulatory inputs to cross‑functional projects, including change control assessments, complaints support, and audit readiness. Draft/update regulatory procedures, work instructions, and training; build stakeholder capability across the region. Support post‑market surveillance/cosmetovigilance—evaluate and report Serious Undesirable Effects (SUEs), coordinate corrective and preventive actions. Lead regulatory intelligence—scan, interpret, brief on emerging EU/UK and market regulatory changes; maintain an actionable requirements inventory and publish timely alerts/guidance. Engage with trade associations and regulatory bodies to monitor trends, clarify requirements, and represent company positions.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a scientific/engineering field (advanced degree a plus) or equivalent work experience in a related field. 5+ years’ Regulatory Affairs experience in cosmetics and/or consumer/general products and/or BPR across EU/UK. Practical knowledge of GPSR, BPR and EU/UK cosmetics frameworks (PIF, RP, CPNP/SCPN) and strong command of labeling/claims review and artwork sign‑off. Strong accuracy and organization across multiple markets and deadlines; clear, concise written communication in English. Experience with EtQ or similar QMS/regulatory systems is advantageous.
