Overview
As a key member of the Personal Care division, you’ll build and manage joint business plans, spearhead annual negotiations, and unlock category opportunities with senior retailer partners.
Role
Reporting to the UK&I Country Leader, Personal Care, you will have full accountability for achieving sales growth and profitability with one of our major Top 4 retailers.
Responsibilities
- Build consumer‑led joint business plans to drive sustainable growth.
- Lead the annual negotiation process with retailers.
- Develop activation plans in collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
- Use data to analyse and own customer/channel performance and resolve challenges proactively.
Qualifications
Skills
- Strong customer focus and strategy development.
- Proven experience forging and maintaining business relationships.
- Influential presentation and negotiation skills.
- Excellent networking and stakeholder management.
- Strong commercial acumen and analytical abilities.
- Effective communication, presentation, and negotiation.
- Outstanding interpersonal and collaboration skills.
- Exceptional time‑management, prioritising tasks.
- Sales forecasting and profit modelling experience.
- Experience in customer management processes (annual negotiations and quarterly updates).
Knowledge
- Degree level education preferred.
- Recent experience managing retail and distributor partners.
- Relevant category and retailer data source use.
- Track record of delivering sustainable joint business plans and results.
