The Senior Director, R&D, International Family Care & Professional, Tissue (IFP Tissue) will set the long‑term Tissue product portfolio strategy across Family Care and Professional Tissue brands in EMEA, Asia, and LATAM, and lead R&D priorities for the IFP joint venture.
Position Summary The role reports to the VP IFP R&D Innovation and is responsible for future‑proofing growth through product innovation and technology planning, managing a global R&D platform, and delivering consumer‑centric solutions.
Role and Responsibilities Key responsibilities include leading the entire R&D Tissue platform, collaborating with regions and strategy teams, and driving innovation across multiple markets.
- Set and deliver innovation goals, defining and executing the tissue innovation strategy.
- Develop an innovation strategy with category leaders, driving 0‑7 year plans and business cases.
- Prioritize resources and investments to support focused innovation for growth.
- Act as a key member of the IFP R&D team, communicating across a matrix environment and engaging senior stakeholders.
- Lead organizational development, build a high‑performance culture, develop talent, and promote inclusion.
Professional Skills and Qualifications Desired qualifications include:
- Extensive R&D leadership experience in large global consumer product or related industries.
- Demonstrated track record of commercializing new products through consumer‑led innovation.
