The Enterprise Capital and Energy Procurement team currently has a vacancy for a Procurement Leader for the Maintenance, Repair, and Operating (MRO) supplies category for our Enterprise Markets EMEA business segment. This presents an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated, experienced professional who enjoys working closely with the plant, operations teams and K-C’s supply base to drive strong value delivery, collaborative partnerships, and help deliver business objectives.

In one of our Supply Chain roles, you’ll focus on winning with consumers and the market, while putting safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the center.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure MRO requirements are met with optimal quality, service, and return on investment, supporting business objectives for net sales, operating profit, and brand equity.
  • Assess the EMEA supplier landscape and market dynamics, including emerging suppliers, innovation, and market trends; partner with Agile Squads to develop and execute value roadmaps.
  • Lead the Strategic Category Management framework and own end‑to‑end category strategy development for all MRO services.
  • Lead the Negotiation Gold Standard (NGS) framework and coach team members to maximise value delivery through effective negotiations.
  • Develop and own competitive supplier relationship strategies that deliver sustainable competitive advantage and stronger business outcomes.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of Procurement objectives, operating philosophies, and business strategies.
  • Develop and maintain deep expertise in vendor selection, supplier relationship management, and negotiation, providing guidance to global purchasing teams and internal stakeholders.
  • Set clear objectives and action plans for the team aligned to departmental goals; allocate and manage resources to deliver results.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a high‑performing team, ensuring efficient and effective purchasing while fostering capability building and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure application of established corporate financial controls within the department by providing operating management direction and support to the implementation and maintenance of financial policies, instructions, and internal control procedures.
  • Create an inclusive, high‑engagement environment that attracts, develops, and retains top talent through strong leadership, coaching, and trust‑based relationships.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or a related discipline from an accredited institution.
  • 5+ years’ experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, or a similar function, including category management experience.
  • Strong interpersonal, leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proven change agent with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong quantitative, data analysis, and negotiation skills.
Desirable qualifications and experience
  • Prior people leadership experience.
  • Problem solving experience in reducing total costs and improving processes.
  • Relevant experience in the category area.
