You will be supporting site operational activities with an asset team, collaborating with the broader engineering team to provide hands-on technical support. You will work on planned preventative maintenance activities and be involved in machine shutdowns, completing schedules and problem solving. The role also focuses on continuously improving asset reliability and making a proactive difference.

Education and Experience
- Comply with all KC Safety Systems & Processes
- Assist in delivering line safety performance
- Work to ensure Line Team “go home in same condition as they arrived”
- Support the delivery of all TM3 performance targets
- Prepare and Lead Planned Maintenance activities including all scheduled Planned Maintenance shuts
- Assist with breakdowns and repairs on the asset
- Complete and continuously improve preventative maintenance activity
- An indentured Apprenticeship with (ideally) a HNC in a Mechanical Engineering discipline or equivalent
- Identifying and understanding issues, problems, and opportunities; comparing data from different sources to draw conclusions; using effective approaches for choosing a course of action or developing appropriate solutions; taking action that is consistent with available facts, constraints, and probable consequences.
