This role will be part of Kimberly Clark's International Family Care and Professional (IFP) business—an organization rooted in purpose and innovation that has built a legacy with global impact. As Kimberly-Clark forms a strategic partnership with Suzano to create a world-class international tissue and professional products company, this role is proposed to transfer to the new venture once the transaction closes, anticipated in mid-2026, subject to consultation and other applicable legal requirements. The role leads the development and continuous enhancement of global demand planning and S&OP processes, metrics, systems and organisational capabilities through system optimisation, analytical support and process improvement. Key point of contact for S&OP and demand planning process, collaborating with and across multiple business units, suppliers and countries. The role ensures consistent processes, tools, and behaviours across markets and business units, enabling the organisation to make informed, data‑driven decisions that balance demand, supply, and financial performance.

In one of our Supply Chain roles, you’ll focus on winning with consumers and the market, while putting safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the center.

This role will be responsible for but not limited to:

  • Develop and execute the demand planning and S&OP capability strategy.
  • Provide playbooks, training and mentorship to ABU DP and S&OP community, fostering a culture of innovative thinking, accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Drive leading-edge thinking and strategic direction for S&OP and demand planning processes and solutions.
  • Work with vendors to implement and refine cutting-edge statistical forecasting models that drive predictive planning and trade promotion management.
  • Benchmark industry best practices and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Lead strategic projects related to S&OP process improvement and demand planning initiatives/systems.
  • Manage end-to-end project delivery: scope, timelines, resources, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Ensure projects deliver measurable business outcomes (efficiency, cost/cash reduction, resilience).
  • Drive transformation programmes such as digital planning, advanced analytics, and planning optimisation.
  • Monitor adherence to global standards for demand planning and S&OP processes.
  • Lead maturity assessments and capability roadmaps to drive long‑term excellence.
  • Establish governance frameworks for demand planning and S&OP processes, systems and tools.
  • Support the resolution of systemic system or process issues, driving improvements in forecasting accuracy.
  • Influence senior ABU stakeholders to deliver S&OP as a business process, drive principal alignment between demand, supply and financial plans, ensuring all functions operate from one single agreed plan.
  • Lead change management activities across all levels to ensure full adaptation of agreed processes and tools.

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

  • The role requires experience and expertise of demand planning and S&OP processes.
  • Exceptional ability to engage, persuade, and align teams across all levels of the organization focusing on continuous improvement.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, mathematics, economics, statistics, engineering, computer software, or a related field.
  • 5+ years demand planning experience, additional supply planning experience is an advantage.
  • 2+ years S&OP process governance or step leadership.
  • Demonstration of leading DP KPI improvement initiatives and capability enhancement projects.
  • Strong experience of Kinaxis Maestro, P10 Arete or other demand planning system.
  • Good understanding of connecting systems e.g. SAP etc.
  • Adept at working across Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to perform detail and complex analysis as well as S&OP process and demand planning system support to large group of users across the world.
  • Ability to organise, prioritise and multitask, work under own initiative, as an individual and as part of a team or as a project leader.
