This role will be part of Kimberly Clark's International Family Care and Professional (IFP) business—an organization rooted in purpose and innovation that has built a legacy with global impact. As Kimberly-Clark forms a strategic partnership with Suzano to create a world-class international tissue and professional products company, this role is proposed to transfer to the new venture once the transaction closes, anticipated in mid-2026, subject to consultation and other applicable legal requirements.

This is an exciting opportunity to work cross-functionally with Supply Planning, Finance, Marketing and Logistics teams, supporting the delivery of a robust and aligned demand plan across the UK&I IFP business. This role provides end-to-end ownership of the demand plan for a defined portfolio, while also supporting broader team priorities across the category. You will play a key role in maintaining an accurate and up-to-date view of demand, enabling strong short-term execution and supporting delivery of Working Capital, Operating Profit and Customer Service goals.

You will combine data, system-generated forecasts, and commercial inputs to ensure demand is accurately reflected and communicated across the business. In one of our Supply Chain roles, you’ll focus on winning with consumers and the market, while putting safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the center.

This role will be responsible for but not limited to:

  • Maintaining an accurate 18-month rolling forecast at SKU level for your portfolio
  • Supporting the Demand Review process within the Golden S&OP cycle
  • Managing short-term forecast changes, ensuring timely updates and clear communication
  • Supporting improvements in forecast accuracy and bias through analysis and follow-up actions
  • Working closely with cross-functional teams to align on demand changes, risks and priorities
  • Supporting innovation, rollovers and portfolio changes within the forecast
  • Managing forecast splits, allocation rules and system updates
  • Identifying and flagging risks such as shortages, slow movers or demand shifts
  • Supporting the wider team on larger or more complex portfolios where required
  • Contributing to continuous improvement of demand planning processes and tools

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work with data and identify trends
  • Strong Excel skills are essential, including the ability to analyse data and extract insights
  • Good communication skills and confidence working with different teams
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond to changes in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
  • Interest in understanding demand drivers and how they impact the wider business
