As Kimberly-Clark forms a strategic partnership with Suzano to create a world-class international tissue and professional products company, this role is proposed to transfer to the new venture once the transaction closes, anticipated in mid-2026, subject to consultation and other applicable legal requirements. About You
We are looking for a dynamic Member & Independent Partner CBU Leader to take ownership of a diverse portfolio of member groups and independent partners. This role is ideal for a strong people leader who thrives in a commercial environment and is passionate about driving growth through partnerships. You will play a key role in shaping and executing commercial strategy, building strong customer relationships, and leading a high-performing team to deliver impactful business results.

- Prepare regular updates on team performance and market developments

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in a sales leadership role managing multiple direct reports
- Background in commercial, distribution, or partnership-driven environments
- Strong leadership and coaching skills with a track record of developing teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Strong understanding of sales strategy and market dynamics
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and drive decisions
- Highly organized with strong time management skills
- Collaborative and able to work effectively across teams
