As Kimberly-Clark forms a strategic partnership with Suzano to create a world-class international tissue and professional products company, this role is proposed to transfer to the new venture once the transaction closes, anticipated in mid-2026, subject to consultation and other applicable legal requirements. You'll be part of a high-potential business that combines Kimberly-Clark's iconic brands and commercial excellence with Suzano's industrial and sustainability leadership. The Member Network and Independent Account Manager (Midlands) will own the local relationship between Kimberly-Clark Professional and the associated distributor partners in the Midlands area. These partners will be part of defined membership network organisations or independently operated (i.e. You will be responsible for the day to day management of those members and work closely with key DSPs (Distributor Sales Professionals) to retain the current KC business and to unlock new growth. Conduct regular business reviews with branch managers to build and track progress on joint business plans and review performance. Leverage DSP shadow salesforce by building proactive relationships, training and supporting them to generate new business and retain existing business. Manage and retain existing business and take on new customers converted by the Business Development team that are serviced by their channel. Management of account receivables to avoid bad debts (liaise with credit control / distributors to ensure compliance with payment terms).
