As Kimberly‑Clark forms a strategic partnership with Suzano to create a world‑class international tissue and professional products company, this role is proposed to transfer to the new venture once the transaction closes, anticipated in mid‑2026, subject to consultation and other applicable legal requirements. This is a rare opportunity to help shape a new global leader backed by two industry powerhouses.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for circa 7-10 distributor partners in the relevant area.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with branch managers to build and track progress on joint business plans and review performance.
  • Leverage DSP shadow salesforce by building proactive relationships, training and supporting them to generate new business and retain existing business.
  • Support DSPs with End User visits on identified end customer opportunities.
  • Manage and retain existing business and take on new customers converted by the Business Development team that are serviced by their channel.
  • Management of account receivables to avoid bad debts (liaise with credit control / distributors to ensure compliance with payment terms).

Capabilities and Experience

  • Experience in account management.
  • Experience collaborating with cross‑functional groups (e.g., finance, operations, marketing).
  • B2B sales experience preferred.
  • Analytical and critical thinking skills; commercially aware.
  • Digital selling proficiency desired.
  • Self‑motivated by intellectual challenges and curiosity.
  • Able to communicate well with external/internal stakeholders to influence change.
  • A demonstrated ability to navigate and perform in ambiguous circumstances.
