Join the team behind iconic brands such as Huggies®, Kleenex®, Andrex®, and Scott® within Kimberly‑Clark’s International Family Care and Professional (IFP) business. The role supports financial control and reporting for EMEA, and will be transferred to the new joint venture with Suzano upon transaction closure in mid‑2026.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strong support to the EMEA FC & Assistant Controller, reviewing statutory financial statements and ensuring accuracy under local regulations.
- Offer technical accounting guidance for US GAAP and local statutory reporting.
- Lead strategic projects, initially focused on integrating the IFP business into a joint venture with Suzano.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate staff on accounting rules and internal control questions.
- Collaborate with process owners on control improvements, management testing, remediation plans, and training initiatives.

Qualification Requirements
- A strong understanding of finance, controls, and audit, typically from experience in a multinational context or a Big Four public accounting firm.
- Comprehensive knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, SOX, internal controls, and external audit principles.
- Excellent organizational skills, able to manage multiple priorities and projects.
- Strong oral, written, and presentation skills for effective communication.
Required Skills & Experience
- Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent highly desirable.
- Experience in a multinational business environment.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Exposure to major ERP systems, preferably SAP; Hyperion exposure is desirable.
- Practical knowledge of US GAAP/IFRS reporting.
- Prior audit experience or cooperation with auditors beneficial.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and coordination skills.
- Critical thinking, problem solving, attention to detail, and high accuracy.
- Advanced Excel skills.
