You’ll be part of a high-potential business that combines Kimberly-Clark’s iconic brands and commercial excellence with Suzano’s industrial and sustainability leadership.Our North site manager is a day-based role with responsibility for the Northfleet Jetty operations & compliance including vessel management, site contracts, materials movements, site vehicle maintenance and other requirements.In this role, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:* Managing the logistics and safe running Northfleet port including vessel discharge, import/export requirements and long-term capital planning.* Build and maintain strong working relationships with other agencies such as PLA, Border Force and the EA.* Manage material movement and stock holdings working with third party contractors to ensure supply to the manufacturing operation is not interrupted.* Develop and drive sustainable cost transformation initiatives using the assets available on site.* Key contact for the London Scrap Terminal ensuring on site operations are compliant with Kimberly Clark expectations.* Maintain and develop safety standards on site being a performance standard owner for areas such as transport.* Utilise Lean principles to ensure robust processes and standards are maintainedHuggies.
