Join the team behind iconic brands like Huggies®, Kleenex®, Cottonelle®, Scott®, Kotex®, Poise®, Depend®, Andrex®, and Kimberly-Clark Professional™. You are hired to help prevent and fix problems on high-speed machines that produce top-quality products for a quarter of the world’s population.
Responsibilities
- Provide real-time leadership on the shift and ensure people, operational, and business requirements are met.
- Maintain equipment associated with production, packaging, and distribution through preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance.
- Diagnose technical malfunctions or failures and apply appropriate remedies following work instructions.
- Apply safe working practices on complex mechanical systems, lead by example, and follow company and legislative safety protocols.
- Coach and develop electrical technicians and manufacturing team members.
- Develop and support DCS systems and create preventative and predictive maintenance programs to meet asset operating commitments.
Qualifications
- Minimum of four GCSEs or equivalent, including Mathematics and English.
- Working towards or having achieved an HNC/HND (or equivalent) in an engineering discipline.
- Recognised apprenticeship in a relevant field, ideally NVQ Level 3, with hands-on experience in manufacturing/FMCG environments.
