As Kimberly-Clark forms a strategic partnership with Suzano to create a world-class international tissue and professional products company, this role is proposed to transfer to the new venture once the transaction closes, anticipated in mid-2026, subject to consultation and other applicable legal requirements. About You

We are looking for a dynamic Member & Independent Partner CBU Leader to take ownership of a diverse portfolio of member groups and independent partners. This role is ideal for a strong people leader who thrives in a commercial environment and is passionate about driving growth through partnerships.

You will play a key role in shaping and executing commercial strategy, building strong customer relationships, and leading a high-performing team to deliver impactful business results.

Key responsibilities:

  • Commercial Strategy & Growth
    • Develop and execute commercial strategies to achieve business targets
    • Drive performance across member groups and independent partner networks
    • Identify growth opportunities based on market insights and trends
  • Leadership & Team Development
    • Lead, coach, and develop a team of 5, fostering a high-performance culture
    • Set clear goals, provide regular feedback, and support individual development
    • Act as the key leader and mentor, inspiring your team to reach their full potential
  • Customer & Partner Engagement
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
    • Act as a trusted partner within the network, strengthening long-term collaboration
  • Performance Management & Insights
    • Monitor sales performance and analyze data to drive decision-making
    • Translate insights into actionable strategies to improve results
    • Prepare regular updates on team performance and market developments
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Governance
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to support business objectives
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical standards

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in a sales leadership role managing multiple direct reports
  • Background in commercial, distribution, or partnership-driven environments
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills with a track record of developing teams
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Strong understanding of sales strategy and market dynamics
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and drive decisions
  • Highly organized with strong time management skills
  • Collaborative and able to work effectively across teams
