This is a rare opportunity to help shape a new global leader backed by two industry powerhouses.
You’ll be part of a high-potential business that combines Kimberly-Clark's iconic brands and commercial excellence with Suzano's industrial and sustainability leadership in a pioneering project to install three new dual-fuel boilers capable of operating on natural gas and green hydrogen, supporting our transition to low-carbon energy solutions. This initiative positions us as the first consumer goods company in the UK to transition their steam generation to Green Hydrogen, making this a truly career-defining opportunity.

- Provide strategic technical leadership to all site utilities operations, including the Boiler House and Effluent Treatment Plant.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of operators and multi-disciplined technicians & engineers, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure full compliance with environmental, health, safety, and industry regulations, as well as corporate standards.
- Drive cost control, energy efficiency, and sustainability initiatives aligned with site and corporate objectives.
- Oversee maintenance strategies, asset reliability programmes, and emergency response planning.
- Monitor and report on KPIs to ensure operational performance meets or exceeds targets.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to support site-wide projects and long-term infrastructure planning.
- Manage budgets and resources effectively to deliver operational excellence.
