We are looking for a commercially driven and clinically credible Business Development Manager to join our TauroPharm Business Unit. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in expanding the TauroLock portfolio across secondary and community healthcare settings throughout the South of England.

Working closely with the Business Unit Manager and Clinical Specialist team, you will identify new growth opportunities, develop strategic partnerships, and drive market share growth through a consultative, value‑based approach.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing and untapped secondary and community healthcare markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with NHS stakeholders, commissioning groups, clinicians, and senior healthcare leaders.
  • Develop and execute strategic initiatives to drive growth.
