The Role

This is a strategic, cross‑functional role working closely with senior leadership to identify and deliver commercial opportunities. You will lead projects that improve profitability, strengthen supply chains, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and deliver new growth opportunities across existing and new markets
  • Evaluate automation, insourcing, outsourcing and sourcing opportunities
  • Develop and manage a 3-5 year pipeline of strategic initiatives
  • Lead cross‑functional projects to deliver margin improvement
  • Build strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders
  • Provide clear reporting and performance updates to senior leadership
  • Ensure all activities meet regulatory and quality requirements

About You

  • 10+ years' experience working at a senior executive level within a medical device company, ideally with experience within procurement and/or sales.
  • 5+ years project management experience
  • Background in procurement, supply chain, sales or commercial roles
  • Proven project management experience delivering complex initiatives
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
  • Degree-qualified (or equivalent experience)
