The Role
This is a strategic, cross‑functional role working closely with senior leadership to identify and deliver commercial opportunities. You will lead projects that improve profitability, strengthen supply chains, and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and deliver new growth opportunities across existing and new markets
- Evaluate automation, insourcing, outsourcing and sourcing opportunities
- Develop and manage a 3-5 year pipeline of strategic initiatives
- Lead cross‑functional projects to deliver margin improvement
- Build strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Provide clear reporting and performance updates to senior leadership
- Ensure all activities meet regulatory and quality requirements
About You
- 10+ years' experience working at a senior executive level within a medical device company, ideally with experience within procurement and/or sales.
- 5+ years project management experience
- Background in procurement, supply chain, sales or commercial roles
- Proven project management experience delivering complex initiatives
- Strong commercial and financial acumen
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
- Degree-qualified (or equivalent experience)
