The Role
We are looking for a Production Operatives to join our manufacturing team. You will be responsible for producing high-quality medical products in line with customer specifications, quality standards, and hygiene requirements, ensuring output targets and on-time delivery are achieved.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working as part of a team in a clean, well-regulated manufacturing environment.
Working Pattern & Pay:
Shift is 7:00am – 7:30pm Thursday to Saturday on, a rest day on Sunday, then Monday to Wednesday on, and then seven days off.
Duties & Requirements:
- Assemble, inspect, and package products according to strict quality standards
- Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- To be able to follow written instructions
- Ability to lift and move materials as required.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- A good level of numeracy, literacy and co-ordination
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to work within a medical environment which includes wearing gowns & face masks
- Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, or cleanroom environment (preferred but is not essential)
