Join Kimal and help shape a portfolio of innovative medical devices that support clinicians and improve patient care. We are looking for a Product Manager who can combine commercial insight, customer understanding, and cross‑functional collaboration in a regulated healthcare environment.

Purpose of the Role

You will take ownership of a defined product portfolio, leading activity across the full product lifecycle from development and launch through to sustainment and end‑of‑life. Working closely with Regulatory Affairs, Quality, R&D, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Sales, and Marketing, you will ensure products are delivered effectively, compliantly, and in line with business priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage the product roadmap for your portfolio
  • Use market insight, customer feedback, and competitor analysis to shape product strategy
  • Lead products through development, launch, sustainment, and end‑of‑life
  • Work with clinicians, customers, and internal teams to support product success and adoption
  • Partner with cross‑functional teams to deliver compliant and commercially effective outcomes
  • Support product training, literature, and market‑facing materials

About You

What We’re Looking For

  • Degree level education or equivalent professional qualification
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience within product management or medical device‑related marketing
  • Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and product launches
  • Knowledge of Medical Device Regulations (MDR)
  • Strong communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to translate technical, clinical, and regulatory information into clear messaging

Desirable

  • Experience in cardiology or radiology product areas
  • Experience working with clinicians, hospitals, or healthcare environments
  • Broader product management experience within a regulated setting

Working Conditions

  • Hybrid working with regular time on site in Worcester or Bromsgrove
  • Travel to customer sites, hospitals, suppliers, and industry events
  • Occasional UK and international travel
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle required
