  • Vascular Access and Renal Product Manager
  • Location: Hybrid – UK (minimum one day every fortnight at our Worcester Head Office)

We’re looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead the strategic development and growth of our Vascular Access & Renal portfolio.

The Role

You will own the product lifecycle, from new product introduction and launch through to optimisation and rationalisation.

Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Regulatory, Quality, Supply Chain, Procurement and Manufacturing, you will identify market opportunities, strengthen our portfolio and deliver sustainable commercial growth.

Key responsibilities include

  • Develop and implement portfolio and product strategies.
  • Manage the full product lifecycle and portfolio performance.
  • Identify new products, technologies and market opportunities.
  • Lead and support domestic and international product launches.
  • Develop business cases and commercial recommendations.
  • Monitor market, competitor and customer trends.
  • Build relationships with clinicians, healthcare professionals and distributors.
  • Support forecasting, pricing, budgeting and commercial planning.
  • Provide product, clinical and technical expertise to Sales and Marketing.
  • Ensure products meet relevant regulatory and lifecycle requirements.
  • Develop product positioning, value propositions and customer messaging.

We’re looking for someone with

  • A degree or relevant professional qualification, such as CIM, or STEM equivalent.
  • At least 3 + years’ product management experience.
  • Experience within the medical device industry; Vascular Access experience is desirable.
  • Experience managing product launches in UK and international markets.
  • Good understanding of Medical Device Regulations (MDR).
  • Experience across product lifecycle and portfolio management.
  • Strong commercial, analytical and stakeholder management skills.
