  • Reports to: Sales and Marketing Director
  • Location: Hybrid – UK (minimum one day every fortnight at our Worcester Head Office)

We're looking for an experienced commercial professional to lead our Commercial Contracts & Tenders function, driving strategic tendering, contract management and framework success across the UK and international markets.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with extensive NHS procurement and commercial tendering experience who is ready to shape strategy, influence senior stakeholders and maximise commercial opportunities.

  • What you'll be doing
  • Leading Kimal's commercial contracts and tender strategy.
  • Develop high-quality, winning tender submissions and commercial proposals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with NHS procurement organisations, framework providers, and key stakeholders.
  • Maximise framework performance while identifying and securing new commercial growth opportunities.
  • Working with cross-functional teams to develop compelling value propositions aligned to NHS priorities.

What we're looking for

  • Degree educated or equivalent professional experience.
  • Extensive experience in commercial tenders, contracts or procurement within Med Tech or healthcare.
  • Strong knowledge of NHS procurement, frameworks, and commercial contracting.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to coach, develop and motivate a high-performing team.
  • Excellent negotiation, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to translate market intelligence into commercial success.
  • Strong commercial acumen with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
