With a growing retail presence across key cities, we are now expanding our London team and looking for passionate individuals to join us as we continue to develop our in-store experience.
We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Senior Client Advisor to join our London boutique team and play a key role in driving sales, with a strong focus on bridal and high-value client appointments. This is a sales-driven, client-focused role requiring excellent relationship-building skills and strong CRM and follow-up discipline.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional in-store service and build long-term client relationships
- Lead bridal and fine jewelry appointments
- Convert walk-ins and appointments into sales through personalized advice
- Manage bespoke and made-to-order sales from consultation to delivery
- Ensure a luxury, warm, and professional client experience
- Maintain and update CRM daily (client profiles, preferences, important dates)
- Proactively follow up with clients after appointments (quotes, stone options, timelines)
- Build repeat business through structured client outreach
- Support store client communication via email and WhatsApp
- Consistently meet and exceed personal and team sales targets
- Support store targets through strong conversion and AOV
- Act as a key point of reference for complex or high-value client journeys
- Lead by example on the sales floor
- Support and mentor junior advisors when needed
- Share best practices on sales and clienteling
- 4+ years experience in luxury retail or fine jewelry
- Strong sales track record
- Comfortable leading bridal consultations
- Highly organised and detail-oriented
