We are looking for a creative and confident Social Media Manager to lead our organic social media presence across Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest, and to become a visible face of the brand on camera. This role is responsible for building our community, driving engagement, and bringing the brand to life through authentic, personality-led content.
Organic Social Media Strategy
- Own and manage our organic social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest)
- Build and execute a monthly content calendar aligned with brand and launch priorities
- Ensure consistent tone of voice and visual identity
Content Creation & On-Camera Presence
- Create, film, and edit short-form video content for Reels, Stories, and TikTok
- Appear on camera regularly to present products, share stories, and engage the community
- Create behind-the-scenes, educational, and lifestyle content
- Adapt content to each platform’s formats and best practices
Community Management
- Manage and reply to comments and DMs in a warm, on-brand tone
- Build and nurture relationships with our audience
Performance & Optimisation
- Track organic performance and refine content strategy accordingly
- Identify trends and translate them into on-brand content ideas
- Stay up to date with platform features and best practices
Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing, e-commerce, and creative teams
- Support product launches, campaigns, and events through organic social
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in social media management or content creation, ideally within a luxury or premium brand environment
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest and their content best practices
- Confident and comfortable appearing on camera and representing the brand
- Highly creative with a strong eye for aesthetics, visual identity, and storytelling
- Proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
