We are looking to appoint a Deputy Head of School to support the Head of School in delivering and sustaining educational excellence, including deputising for the Head of School. You will be taking the lead in specific areas of responsibility identified by the school, and will act as Deputy DSL. The Deputy Head of School will be responsible to the Head of School.

We are looking for an outstanding and enthusiastic classroom practitioner, with a proven record of raising standards, who can lead by example and model high quality teaching and learning. You will have experience in leadership roles within school and the passion and commitment to help us provide the very best opportunities for all of our children.

We can offer training and development, a supportive staff environment, and opportunities to share and learn best practice across the trust. The role will be a teaching post with allowances of time to support the individual in fulfilling their role, deputising for the Head of School and will be a permanent appointment starting 01/09/26. The salary is on the Leadership Scale L1 - L5.
