Come and join our friendly, vibrant and fast-growing Geo-Environmental team. Kiloh is a multi-discipline engineering and environmental company, with multiple offices around the UK. Kiloh supports a large number of UK frameworks within the renewable energy sector and for several local authorities. We also have clients in multiple sectors and regularly work with developers and large contractors to provide onsite support. Roles and Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in delivering geotechnical design within multidisciplinary project teams. Their experience should include preparing desk studies, specifying ground investigations, producing interpretative reports, and designing foundations, slopes, basements, and other geotechnical structures. A strong understanding of UK project environments and ground conditions is essential, while familiarity with the local civil engineering market is highly desirable. Demonstrated experience in project management and financial control is also required.
The successful candidate will bring the ability to secure new work and cultivate long-term client relationships. They will be an effective team player with strong interpersonal skills and a genuine interest in mentoring and supporting junior staff. This role is well suited to a dynamic individual with the ambition to grow and develop a high-performing team.
Skills required:
- Chartered Engineer in Civil Engineering or similar
- Specialist Geotechnical qualification, i.e. MSc or similar is desirable
Desirable:
- Chartered Engineer with MEng/BEng in Civil Engineering or similar
