Roles and Responsibilities
- Responsible for the production of engineering design and modelling and supervising of junior staff.
- This will involve producing designs using your experience and knowledge of civil and structural engineering to turn sketches into coordinated models and high-quality structural designs.
- You will manage your own time to work to agreed deadlines and will be required to organize information and documentation effectively and efficiently.
- You will be accountable for day-to-day project delivery, and you will be provided with formal and informal support to develop your skills.
- You will liaise with other disciplines within the regional office and elsewhere within the company.
- They will be an effective team player with strong interpersonal skills and a genuine interest in mentoring and supporting junior staff.
- This role is well suited to a dynamic individual with the ambition to grow and develop a high‑performing team.

- Senior or Principal Engineer with proven experience
- Proven success of working in a team environment
- Ability to communicate technical issues to co-professionals

- Ability in Revit and Tekla design packages
- Ability to balance own workload against project requirements.

Successful Candidate will:
- Work closely with project managers to establish project timelines and designs
- Develop diagrams and visual aids and prepare design specifications
- Execute project based on outlined criteria
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering preferred
5 years of engineering experience preferred
Experience with Tekla and Revit design software preferred
Strong organizational, analytical, communication skills and design skills
Desirable:
Membership of IStructE or ICE
