We are recruiting seasonal staff for Easter and Summer at Kilnsey Park, a busy visitor attraction in the Yorkshire Dales, near Skipton. This is a varied outdoor role involving customer service and practical hands-on work.
HOURS: 15–25 hours per week, including regular weekend work. Flexible shift patterns available.
DUTIES:
- Welcoming visitors and handling ticket sales
- Assisting families on the fishing lakes
- Processing fish (full training provided)
- General support around the trout farm and visitor park
This role involves working outdoors in all weather conditions and some weekend working.
Easter: 4 roles: Starting Monday 23 March to Sunday 12 April (possible extension)
Summer: 6 roles: mid-July to mid-September
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Age 18+ (16+ considered for summer roles)
- Own transport essential (rural location not served by public transport)
- Available to work weekends
- Reliable and confident dealing with customers.
DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous customer service experience
- Interest in outdoor work, fishing or tourism
