Are you a people-focused Blue Collar Recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment? At Kilnbridge, we’re looking for an internal recruiter to support our blue-collar hiring across multiple sites. You’ll play a key role in helping us find the right talent to deliver some of the UK’s most complex engineering and construction projects.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing candidate pipelines for trades and labour roles
- Posting job adverts and screening applications
- Coordinating interviews and onboarding processes
- Building relationships with candidates and site teams
- Maintaining accurate records and compliance documentation
- Supporting workforce planning and mobilisation across sites
- Liaising with agencies and suppliers where needed
- Promoting Kilnbridge’s values and employer brand
What We’re Looking For
You’ll have experience in recruitment, within blue collar construction. You’ll be confident speaking to candidates, managing multiple vacancies, and working to tight deadlines. Strong communication, organisation, and attention to detail are key. You’ll be comfortable using recruitment systems and Microsoft Office, and you’ll be proactive, approachable, and ready to get stuck in. A driving licence and willingness to travel to sites is a bonus.
