What You’ll Be Doing
- You’ll be responsible for the safe, profitable, and timely delivery of allocated projects, managing all aspects of project execution.
- Leading project teams across engineering, construction, and commercial functions.
- Ensuring buildability, value engineering, and temporary works are properly considered.
- Overseeing recruitment and development of site personnel.
- Managing client relationships and ensuring satisfaction.
- Supporting pre‑construction activities including planning and tender input.
- Driving commercial success and ensuring accurate site records.
- Promoting innovation, training, and best practice across the team.
What We’re Looking For
You’ll have significant experience leading large project teams in construction, with a strong grasp of project management across safety, programme, quality, and commercial delivery. You’ll be confident managing stakeholders, mentoring others, and driving performance. Professional membership is desirable, but hands‑on leadership and delivery experience is key. You’ll be a visible, motivated leader with excellent communication, organisational, and commercial skills. A CSCS card and strong knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and modern methods are essential.
