Kilnbridge is looking for an experienced Project Director to take full responsibility for delivering a major civils project in a controlled environment. This is a senior leadership role where your expertise will ensure safe, profitable, and timely delivery of a complex scheme.

What You'll Be Doing
- Reporting to the Operations Director you'll lead the project team and ensure safe, profitable, and timely completion of works.
- Managing Senior Project Managers, Project Managers, and Construction Managers.
- Driving project control and monitoring systems.
- Ensuring engineering concepts, buildability, and value engineering are fully considered.
- Liaising with clients to meet and exceed expectations.
- Directing the commercial team to secure financial success.
- Supporting recruitment, training, and development of project personnel.
- Providing input during tender processes and attending client interviews.
What We're Looking For
- A highly experienced leader with a proven track record in major construction projects.
- A strong background in infrastructure and controlled environments, with experience in aviation.
- Exposure to fabricated reinforced concrete and structural steel at some point in your career is essential, along with excellent commercial knowledge.
- A visible leader with strong commercial acumen.
- A proven ability to build teams.
- Experience managing project values in excess of £50m from a direct delivery perspective is essential.
- CSCS card & appropriate tickets.
- Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills, and extensive knowledge of modern construction methods and processes are required.
- The ability to manage budgets, forecasting, and workforce planning is critical.
