Kilnbridge is hiring 360 Excavator Operators experienced with groundworks to join its team working on a long-term infrastructure project in Suffolk. Position: 360 Excavator Operators
Location: Suffolk
Start: 01/06/2026
Duration: 4 months+
Pay rate: £24-£25 per hour
Hours: 50 hrs/week (paid)
Days: Mon-Fri (no weekends at present)
Lodge allowance: £50 per night (4 nights per week)
Responsibilities:
- Excavation and stockpile of materials for new bunds
- Placement and grading of regulating layer of Type 1 and shingle aggregates
- Filling of geotextile bags
- Construction of shingle bunds
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years experience operating 360 Excavators - Various sizes
- Must be competent with groundworks / excavation / loading / grading
- Experience working for tier 1 contractors on large scale developments - Admirable
- Competent CPCS or NPORS 360 Excavator Ticket - CSCS affiliation - Essential
- Must have Safety Critical Medical - SEQOSHS Accredited - Essential
- Willing to undergo a DBS / Criminal Record Check (CRC) - Essential
- Must have proof of address - Essential
- 5 year work history - Essential
- Valid Full UK Driving Licence
