We are now seeking a motivated and highly organised Assistant Transformation Strategy Manager to join our Project Management Office in a group-level role. This is a unique opportunity to work at the centre of Kilnbridge’s strategic development, supporting high-impact business transformation initiatives across all our operating companies and gaining exposure to senior leadership and decision-making at the highest level.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Support the COO and senior leadership team in delivering business plans and strategic priorities across the group, playing a visible role in shaping Kilnbridge’s future direction.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the group’s target operating model and transformation roadmap.
- Identify and assess opportunities for new services, operational improvements and business growth, adding real commercial value.
- Plan, track and support cross-functional transformation projects, ensuring delivery against key milestones, risks and outcomes.
- Produce high-quality presentations, reports, business cases and insight packs that influence senior decision-making.
- Coordinate workshops, meetings and reviews, bringing together stakeholders to drive alignment and momentum across initiatives.
- Analyse data and performance trends to generate actionable insights and support continuous improvement across the business.
- Support the delivery of change programmes, including communications and engagement activities that help embed new ways of working.
- Develop clear, engaging materials such as updates, presentations and FAQs to support understanding and adoption of change initiatives.
- Act as a key connector across teams, ensuring actions are followed through and priorities remain on track.
- Maintain oversight of KPIs, dashboards and performance metrics, providing visibility to leadership.
- Respond to fast-paced, ad hoc requests from senior leaders, demonstrating agility, accuracy and strong judgement.
What You’ll Need
- A degree in Business Administration, Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- At least 1 year of experience in a Business Analyst, consulting or similar role, ideally within construction, engineering or infrastructure.
- Exposure to strategic initiatives, transformation programmes or project delivery, with a clear passion for business improvement.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall or PMBOK.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, with experience in tools such as Power BI being highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distil complex information into clear, compelling messages.
- Strong analytical capability with a high level of attention to detail and a naturally curious, problem-solving mindset.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities, work at pace and deliver to tight deadlines.
- A collaborative approach, with the confidence to engage and influence stakeholders across all levels of the organisation.
- Confidence operating in ambiguity, with sound judgement and an instinct for when to elevate.
- Resilience and composure under pressure, with a proactive, solutions-focused attitude.
