We are looking for 3 experienced Project Managers across the UK to lead the successful delivery of major construction work packages and projects across Kilnbridge’s portfolio. We have opportunities in the North, South West, and North West.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead and manage project delivery across safety, programme, cost, quality and people.
  • Act as the primary Company representative and main point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
  • Establish and lead high‑performing project teams, ensuring clear roles, structure and communication.
  • Develop and manage construction programmes, monitoring progress and driving performance.
  • Ensure all works are carried out in line with Kilnbridge’s Health & Safety, Quality and Environmental standards.
  • Oversee Risk Assessments, Method Statements and safe systems of work.
  • Manage project budgets, optimise costs and identify opportunities for value and efficiency.
  • Coordinate resources including labour, plant, materials and subcontractors.
  • Manage project documentation, reporting and client communications.
  • Identify, manage and communicate project risks, variations and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely and high‑quality delivery.
  • Lead site operations where required, including labour management and coordination.
  • Support tender processes and contribute to work‑winning activities when required.
  • Drive innovation, continuous improvement and best practice across projects.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants and supply chain partners.
  • Lead, coach and develop team members, supporting performance and career development.

What you’ll need:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager within a construction environment, delivering high-value projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, standards, methods, and regulations.
  • Relevant CSCS card (appropriate level).
  • Professional membership (desirable) or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong commercial awareness and experience managing project budgets.
  • Excellent organisational and planning skills at both strategic and operational levels.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships.
  • Ability to drive projects to a high standard in complex and fast‑paced environments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project reporting tools.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
  • A proactive, solutions‑focused mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement.
