The Structural Steel Project Manager Opportunity This is more than a delivery role. At Kilnbridge, our Project Managers are leaders, problem-solvers, and trusted client partners. You ll be responsible for: – Leading the safe, timely, and cost-effective delivery of complex structural steel projects across infrastructure, rail, data centres, and bridges – Acting as a trusted client partner, managing stakeholder relationships throughout the project lifecycle – Coordinating with subcontractors and internal teams, including K-FAB fabrication and design/engineering specialists – Leading and develop site teams, promoting collaboration and strong team performance – Ensuring full compliance with health and safety regulations and company standards – Managing project budgets, timelines, and resources to deliver on programme and within cost – Solving technical and logistical challenges to maintain project momentum – Maintaining high-quality standards through all phases, from planning to handover Many of our leaders, including current Operations Directors and Construction Directors, started in roles just like this.
