Kilnbridge is hiring a Non-Working Supervisor to join our team working on a great project near Manchester. This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected contractor delivering on a major UK project.

We are currently seeking an experienced Non-Working Supervisor with a strong background in structural civil engineering to support the delivery of major infrastructure projects across the Manchester region. This is a supervisory role only – no tools on – focused on leadership, coordination, safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervising bridge construction, precast culverts, and in-situ RC works
- Overseeing precast concrete installation (highly beneficial experience)
- Coordinating trades and subcontractors including:
- Formwork carpenters
- Steel fixers
- Concrete finishers
- Lifting teams
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience as a Non-Working Supervisor / General Foreman on major civils or infrastructure projects
- Strong structures background – bridges, culverts, RC works
- Good understanding of highways construction and temporary works
- Experience supervising precast concrete installation (strong advantage)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- A proactive approach to safety and quality delivery
