Kilnbridge are a leading engineering and construction solutions business who undertake some of the most demanding and diverse construction projects in the UK. We are currently hiring for a HR Administrator to work within our HR/Recruitment team at our head office in Canning Town East London. The right candidate would be able to demonstrate skills such as proficiency in Microsoft Office, great organisational skills and able to work in a fast paced team. Responsibilities: Resourcing Team · Update recruitment spreadsheet with up-to-date personal information. Adhering with data protection regulations · Attend weekly labour meetings typing up minutes and recording attendance · Gather ATR’s for the purpose of Advertising roles · Keep job descriptions in a secure location and making any required updates · Create labour orders with relevant information from agencies · Organising interviews · Attend interviews including apprentice interviews Responsibilities: HR Team · Attend HR meetings and taking minutes · Support and co-ordinate the probationary review process ensuring all systems are up to date for all employees · Ensure new starters have completed company induction tasks · Organise and participate in Disciplinary/Grievance Hearings as directed by the HR Manager. · Support and co-ordinate leave of absence, including sick leave, holiday, family leave and any other types of leave. · Serve as a point of contact for HR questions, verification of employment and requests for information · Support in sourcing data for inclusion in the HR Board Report. Requirements · Relevant qualification or relevant experience (1-2 years desirable) · A previous administration role in a construction or fast paced business would be beneficial
