Kilnbridge is hiring Steel Supervisors (working) to join our team on a long-term infrastructure project at Heathrow Airport. This is an excellent opportunity for Steel Supervisors to join a respected contractor delivering on a major UK project. Steel Supervisors – Heathrow Airport Project Location: Heathrow Airport Duration: 12 months Contract: PAYE Pay rate: £26-28 p/h Hours: 47.5 hrs/week (paid) Overtime: At the managers discretion Available Onsite parking: No Start: ASAP Steel Supervisors Responsibilities: * Steel Supervisors must oversee steel erection activities ensuring compliance with plans and safety standards * Competent Steel Supervisors must lead and direct steel erection teams and assist with pysical tasks associated with the role * Suitable Steel Supervisors should be able to read and interpret structural drawings and specifications to ensure accurate assembly * Competent Steel Supervisors should be able to coordinate site teams and materials to hit daily construction goals * Competent Steel Supervisors should be able enforce health and safety policies, risk assessments, method statements, and permit-to-work systems Steel Supervisors Requirements: * Right to work in the UK * DBS / Criminal Record Check (CRC) * Must be able to provide proof of address * Must be able to provide 5 Year address history * Must be able to provide 5 year work history * Previous experience in a Steel Supervisors role * Strong knowledge of steel erection methods and safety * SMSTS or SSSTS certification * Gold CSCS (Supervisor level) What We Offer: * Competitive pay rates * Weekly pay * Overtime opportunities * Stable long-term role on a major UK infrastructure project Apply now via CV-Library or contact Kilnbridge directly to join our Heathrow team.
