Kilnbridge is hiring 360 Excavator Operators experienced with groundworks to join its team working on a long-term infrastructure project at Heathrow Airport. This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected contractor delivering on a major UK project.
Location: Heathrow Airport
Duration: 18 months
Contract: PAYE
Pay rate: £21-£23 per hour
Hours: 47.5 hrs/week (paid)
Overtime: Available as project progresses
Start: January 2026
Responsibilities:
- Groundworks Excavation
- Shallow / Deep Drainage
- Excavate around live services
Requirements:
- Right to work in the UK
- DBS / Criminal Record Check (CRC)
- Must be able to provide proof of address
- 5 year address history
- 5 year work history
- Valid Competent CPCS or NPORS 360 Excavator Ticket
- Valid Full UK Driving Licence
- Experience with Groundworks Excavation
