Kilnbridge Construction Services are looking for an experienced Drainage Groundworker to support drainage and groundwork operations on a major project in Crewe.

Key Responsibilities

  • Installation of plastic drainage pipework
  • Carrying out fusion welding of drainage pipes where required
  • Construction and installation of drainage manholes
  • Working within excavations up to 1.5m deep
  • Safe use of trench sheeting systems
  • Excavation, laying, testing, and backfilling of drainage runs
  • Reading and working from drawings and specifications
  • Ensuring all work is completed safely and to programme
  • Maintaining high standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance

Essential Experience

  • Proven experience as a Drainage Groundworker
  • Experience installing plastic drainage systems
  • Fusion welding experience
  • Experience working with trench sheeting
  • Manhole construction experience
  • Ability to work safely in excavations up to 1.5m deep
  • Valid CSCS Card
  • Previous experience on civil engineering or infrastructure projects
