  • Manage Supervisors and site teams, providing leadership, support and accountability across project delivery.

  • Champion a positive safety culture, ensuring compliance with company procedures, safe systems of work and industry regulations.

  • Conduct regular site inspections and ensure actions are completed and closed out effectively.

  • Support cost control initiatives through effective planning and understanding of commercial implications.

  • Build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers and internal stakeholders.

  • Manage workforce planning, onboarding and ongoing development of site-based personnel.

  • Mentor apprentices, Supervisors and future leaders, helping to build capability and succession across the business.

What You'll Need

  • Significant experience in a Construction Manager, Site Manager, Senior Supervisor or similar operational leadership role within construction, civil engineering or infrastructure.

  • Proven experience managing site teams and coordinating complex construction activities.

  • NVQ Level 5 or NVQ Level 6 qualification.

  • SMSTS certification.

  • Strong understanding of construction methodologies, safe systems of work and site management best practice.

  • Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills.

  • Strong planning, organisational and problem-solving abilities.

  • Commercial awareness with an understanding of labour, plant and material costs.

  • Experience managing project risks, quality standards and health & safety compliance.

  • The ability to motivate, coach and develop high-performing teams.

  • A proactive and solutions-focused approach with a commitment to continuous improvement.

  • Alignment with Kilnbridge values: Responsibility, Integrity, Teamwork and Excellence.
