What you’ll be doing

  • Running your section – fully prepped, fully organised, nothing missing when the tickets roll in.
  • Making sure dishes leave the pass on time, on spec, and at the quality Super 8 is known for.
  • Supporting and mentoring CDPs, showing them how it’s done in the heat of service and during prep.
  • Keeping a close eye on quality: taste, presentation, consistency, hygiene.
  • Working as part of the senior kitchen team to keep the whole operation tight and efficient.
  • Contributing ideas – from new dishes to better processes – and being part of menu development.
