Kilmorey Care is now looking for an enthusiastic, part-time Receptionist to join our team in St Macartans Nursing Home, Clogher, Co. Tyrone, BT76 0AA. 12-16 hours per week dependent on shift pattern - will include mainly weekend cover. £13.00 per hour. Experience in care/nursing home setting an advantage but full training provided.
Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and organised Receptionist to join our team. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth daily operations. The position is paid and suitable for individuals with prior administrative experience or office experience looking to contribute to a professional setting.
Duties
- Greet visitors and direct them appropriately, maintaining a welcoming atmosphere
- Answer incoming calls promptly, using proper phone etiquette, and redirect as necessary
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and organising documents
- Maintain organised workspaces and ensure the reception area remains tidy and professional
- Support other departments with clerical duties as required
Skills
- Proven office or administrative experience, with strong organisational skills
- Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent phone etiquette with clear communication skills
- Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail
- Good organisational skills to manage schedules and correspondence efficiently
