Kilmorey Care is now looking for an enthusiastic, part-time Receptionist 13hrs+ to join our team in Clogher. Hourly rate of £13-£13.40 depending on experience and does include weekend work. Our St Macartan's home in Clogher is a 33 bedroom nursing and dementia home, based in the Tyrone countryside.

As the receptionist, you are meeting and greeting visitors and families to the home and you provide telephone and administrative duties.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Welcome visitors, give assistance to visitors and residents as required including the offer of refreshments.
  • Answer incoming telephone calls in a friendly and professional manner, transfer the call to the relevant person or department and take messages.
  • Carry out administration duties, receive deliveries (including medication) and collect & distribute newspapers to residents.
  • Cash handling and petty cash management.
  • Record staff attendance and ensure an accurate account of home occupancy levels are kept.
  • Be familiar with Fire Drill, Safety precautions and COSHH.
  • Maintain the employee database and update patient details.

To be successful with your application you ideally have one year of previous reception and administration experience and good communication skills are a must.
